In essence, the Senior Analyst - Investment is responsible for delivering the end-to-end transaction by completing ongoing, real-time business / financial / credit analysis and preparation of detailed papers to influence investment decisions.

The Role
  • Modelling transactions and assisting in structuring and pricing loan products and responding quickly to new business inquiries.
  • Maintain relationships with a portfolio of clients (corporate, private and institutional) focusing on building and sustaining deep customer relationships.
  • Assimilate complex information with a view to enhancing investment opportunities by effectively communicating the strengths of each deal while recognising risk and demonstrating how this risk has been mitigated.
  • Lead deal execution and due diligence compliance, ensuring that all conditions are satisfied.
  • Draft information memorandums and internal credit papers for approval and present overview to investment committee or capital partner.
About You
  • You could come from a variety of backgrounds - enthusiasm for property is key.
  • 3 - 7 years of commercial property or advisory experience (banks, financial institutions, private investment firms / groups or related professional services, investment banks).
  • Strong financial modelling or credit writing capability.
  • Co-ordination and writing of information memoranda and transaction papers.
  • A relevant degree in law, commerce or business (finance related discipline).
  • Experience developing and managing customer relationships.
  • You act ethically and with unquestionable integrity.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a ‘can do’ attitude.
