Analyst / Senior Analyst / Corporate Finance / Financial Modelling / Valuations

Deal flow is strong and the team is busy. With a particular emphasis on supporting corporate clients, private equity and business owners develop growth and exit strategies, you will be involved in various aspects of corporate finance with a particular focus on:

• Business and ESOP
• Financial modelling and Financial Due Diligence
• M&A advice

You will ideally have a basic understanding and experience in valuations and financial modelling and general corporate finance experience from a Big 4 or mid tier Chartered Accounting firm or you may be an Audit or BAS wanting to transition into corporate finance.
  
Excellent communication skills are essential as is the ability to work with the team to provide support to other key areas within the organisation.
  
Ideally you will be a Chartered Accountant or working towards your CA and you may be possibly studying towards a CFA with a strong interest and ideally some experience in Corporate Finance.  This is a brilliant opportunity  to learn from the best in the business and make your mark with this highly respected corporate finance team.
