Our client is looking for a highly motivated and personable Senior Manager/Associate Director to join their team and provide innovative and strategic advice to their clients. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a progressive professional services firm and transition to being a Partner.
  
You will form part of the leadership group for the business, its clients and stakeholders. You will work closely with the Partners and broader leadership group to provide clients with key advice and services while identifying business opportunities with new and existing clients.

You will have gained exposure within a NZ Chartered Accountancy environment. You may currently be engaged within a Tier one or Tier 2 or small Partner firm but are looking for that client ownership and partnership potential that your current model cannot provide. You may have dipped your toe into the commercial sector and realised that maybe the grass isn't greener.
