Debbie Graham leads our highly focused and successful recruitment team. Debbie established DGA in 1990 and is a key part of our banking and finance recruitment team. Debbie’s depth and breadth of experience has seen her help, develop and shape Executives’ careers from their foundation roles right through to Chief Executive Officers. Her many years’ experience within the banking, finance, accounting and commercial recruitment sectors has led to a number of significant and long term relationships with sector leading organisations. Debbie is committed to recruiting excellent people in institutional, corporate, commercial and business banking, general management, senior accounting and finance positions as well as executive and senior positions in treasury, funds management, investment banking and corporate finance.
