Next year a non-bank company is launching a new agri financial product in New Zealand. We can’t share too much publicly. But if you are interested in being part of the next wave of agri finance that’s backed by a highly regarded company, apply for this role.  

This product is highly complementary to the current and future agri banking and farming environment in New Zealand; releasing much needed capital, providing finance for acquisition and growth, improving farmers return on investment, and potentially enhancing the farmer/bank relationship.

The product and the company are well funded with significant lines to support the expected demand.   

The Role

• Regional leadership and first point of contact
• New business will form 80-90% of your daily activities
• The product is most suitable for Corporate Agri clients
• Lead, execute and create business growth strategy alongside Senior Management to continually refine the product, improve systems and enhance sales and credit functions.

  
About You

• Strong business development capabilities and well networked within your region.
• Resilient, energetic and growth oriented.
• Ability to credibly interact with Boards of Directors, Accountants and Agri Advisers and to clearly articulate the impact of the product on their business
• Current Agrifinance expertise gained over the last 10 to 15 years in New Zealand
• You will be highly regarded by former Agri Business colleagues from the Australasian banks
• You can start in January/February 2020
• A Degree qualification is mandatory.
